Any individual or legal entity that contracts the services offered by MCVHost accepts the following conditions. If you do not agree with the terms of service expressed in this section, you may not use the services provided by MCVHost.

Using our services constitutes an agreement with these terms. We will set up your account after receiving the corresponding payment and reviewing the order to prevent fraud. You must provide an email address that you regularly access and ensure that you review it periodically (including the spam folder). In case we need to contact you, or if there is an issue or abuse, the primary email address in our records will be used for this purpose. Your account will be canceled if you provide false contact information of any kind.

Support agents

Seeking to offer you personalized service, at MCVHost, when you register your account, you are automatically assigned a support agent to guide you in your project with us. If desired, the support agent may contact you via email or WhatsApp, as indicated in your preferences when creating the account.

The availability of support agents depends on the schedule, other clients, and other activities within or outside MCVHost. The purpose of support agents is to help clients better understand what MCVHost can offer for their projects and advise them on how to configure them for maximum performance. However, support agents should not be considered personal assistants.

The support agents' hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Sundays are non-working days. Any inquiries outside of this schedule will be addressed when the support agent is back on duty.

However, if the service experiences technical issues that MCVHost needs to fix, and they are not the result of user mismanagement, the support agent may respond to messages outside of business hours to update clients on the progress of repairs to the infrastructure.

Respectful Treatment

At MCVHost, we strive every day to make the interaction with our clients a pleasant experience for both clients and our staff, associates, and external providers. Because of this, none of the following behaviors will be tolerated in communication with our staff:

To ensure compliance with these behavioral standards, communications between clients and staff via email, technical support tickets, WhatsApp, Telegram, or external platforms are stored for a maximum period of 6 months, after which they will be deleted from our servers. In case of violating the respectful treatment rules, we reserve the right to suspend, partially or permanently, your services with us without the right to a refund.

Account Transfers

Our technical team will do everything possible to help you migrate your site to our company if you wish. However, this is a courtesy service, and we cannot guarantee the availability, possibility, or time required to complete an account transfer. Each hosting company is different, and some handle data in a proprietary or incompatible format, which can make migrating your data very difficult. We will try to do it, but in some cases, we may not be able to assist with the migration from a previous provider. This service will be free as long as it is within the first 30 initial days; to receive this service outside this period, please contact our technical support department.

Content

All services offered by MCVHost can only be used for lawful purposes. The client agrees to indemnify MCVHost from any claim resulting from the use of our services. The use of our services with material that infringes copyright or trademarks is not allowed. The sale of piracy or counterfeiting of any trademark will result in the immediate termination of your account. Any account that violates copyright will be suspended without access to download backups or information from the account until the violation is corrected. Fraudulent sites will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to suspend and remove them without notice. Any material that, in our opinion, is obscene, threatening, illegal, or violates our terms of service cannot be stored on our servers and will result in the termination of your account with or without notice. This includes any material of a pornographic nature.

Email services

When acquiring a professional email service as part of the service offering available on the MCVHost website, the following rules for the use of corporate email service must be respected. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a suspension of the offending domain, and two suspensions will lead to the removal of the ability to use our email service on the domain that has violated these terms.

  1. The domains that you add to our system should be legitimate, managed by you or your customers, and not related to any spam/scam activity in any way. Our email services are intended to be used for business and personal purposes only. Massive emails are not allowed in any way. This includes, but is not limited to marketing emails, newsletters and unsolicited emails, massive email forwarding and any other kind of service that can send massive amount of emails from our servers.
  2. Sending Limits: Each email account will be limited to 300 outbound emails per hour unless a prior agreement has been reached. You may not create additional email accounts for the sole purpose of extending that limit.
  3. Spam Reports: If your recipient actively clicks a “Report Spam” (or equivalent) button at their email provider, and we are made aware of it, we will block outbound mail to that address. This is interpreted as claiming that you are sending them email that they do not want, and the potential damage is to the reputation of your domain and our IP addresses. If this occurs unintentionally, you will need to negotiate with the user and ask us to unblock outbound email to them.
  4. Damaging IP Reputation: If your email behavior consistently harms the reputation of our IP addresses and causes delayed or failed deliveries for other customers, we reserve the right to cancel your service. This includes repeat failures to secure your accounts by using strong passwords, as password security is your responsibility.
  5. Spam: Outgoing spam from our servers will not be tolerated. Spam is defined as unsolicited e-mail. Violations of this policy will result in service termination. Spam found to be intentional will result in us sharing your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, IP address, signup domain, and PayPal e-mail address with FraudRecord.com.

Zero Tolerance Policy

The sending of unsolicited email, commonly known as SPAM, will not be tolerated. Advertising SPAM sites cannot be hosted on our servers. MCVHost reserves the right to demand changes or deactivate any website that does not comply with established policies. We also reserve the right to charge the account holder for expenses generated by the removal of IP or server blacklisting.

Payment Information

MCVHost is committed to providing and maintaining its services online for the entire contracted period. You agree to cover the corresponding payment for the services received from MCVHost in advance of the period during which these services will be provided. In case of non-payment in advance or on time, your service will be suspended 2 days after the payment due date, and if payment is not received, all traces of the service will be permanently deleted 6 days after the initial due date of the invoice. You agree that unless you cancel your contract, services will be billed periodically. No action is required to cancel your service; it will be suspended and subsequently deleted within 6 days from the due date of the invoice.

MCVHost only accepts payments corresponding to full billing periods. Partial payments, which do not fully cover the cost of a complete month of service, will not be accepted or credited towards future service periods. In the event that a partial payment is made, it will be held as a pending balance, and the service will not be renewed or extended until the full amount for the next billing period is paid. To ensure continuity of your services, please make sure to pay the full amount for each billing cycle in a timely manner.

Accepted Payment Methods and Supported Currencies

MCVHost supports payments in Mexican pesos (MXN) for customers in Mexico and Colombian pesos (COP) for customers in Colombia. For all other regions, payments are charged in US dollars (USD). Please note that for customers in Mexico and Colombia, prices are based on the original service price in USD and will remain fixed in their respective currencies according to the current USD exchange rate.

Customers in Mexico and Colombia may pay via bank transfer. Additionally, customers worldwide, including those in Mexico and Colombia, may pay using PayPal, debit or credit cards, and Western Union (for payments over $30 USD).

Refund Policy

MCVHost does not currently offer refunds unless the service cannot be provided due to force majeure. In such cases, a refund will be considered based on the specific circumstances.

Payment Notifications

Payment notifications will be sent via the email address you have registered with us. While our team may occasionally remind you through other means, the system-generated email notifications serve as the valid and indisputable proof of payment reminders and any other billing-related notices.

Price Changes

The amount you pay for hosting will not increase during the term of your contract. We reserve the right to modify our prices listed on MCVHost.com and the right to change the amount of resources allocated to plans at any time.

Backup Policy

Users are responsible for backing up their own data. MCVHost performs backups of all our services for a period of 6 months. While we take precautions to protect your data, it is advisable for users to regularly perform their backups for additional security.

Prohibited Content

As prohibited material, content related to violence, any type of pornography, spam, viruses, or any content that can be used to, intentionally or unintentionally, harm all or part of MCVHost's infrastructure is not allowed.

Disclaimer

MCVHost is not responsible for any damage your business may suffer. MCVHost does not offer any express or implied warranties for the services offered. This includes the loss of data and all service interruptions caused by MCVHost or its employees. Likewise, we are not responsible for any typographical errors that may occur on our website, such as incorrect prices, expired promotions, or information that may be outdated on our pages or support articles.

Law Enforcement Disclosure

MCVHost may disclose any information about our clients to law enforcement agencies without the subscriber's consent or notification at the legal request of such agencies.

Changes to the Terms of Service

MCVHost reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
