June improvements

Today, MCVHost is pleased to announce the improvements implemented during June, focused on completely automating our service management to provide a smoother and uninterrupted experience.

Automatic Recurring Payments

We have implemented automatic recurring payments for our services. When placing a new order or paying an outstanding invoice, you can now set up recurring payments using PayPal or debit/credit card payments. These subscriptions can be managed from the "Invoices" section within the main menu, where you can view and cancel active subscriptions.

For existing orders, automatic payment can be configured the next time a pending invoice is generated in the system. When making the payment, you will see a new option to set up automatic payment. By selecting this option, you will access a section where you can configure your preferred payment processor between PayPal or card payments via Stripe.

Instant Activation of New Services

All new orders paid through PayPal or Stripe are now automatically activated within seconds. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and your service will be fully functional and ready to use, without waiting for manual processing. This improvement eliminates waiting times and allows you to start broadcasting immediately after your purchase.

Payment Processing

When setting up your subscription, the first period will be paid immediately. Afterwards, the payment processor will charge your subscription amount each time the payment period needs to be renewed. You will receive payment confirmation emails once our system processes them correctly. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so from your invoices section on any service invoice, or by visiting the PayPal or Stripe page accordingly.

Automatic Service Management Based on Payment Status

We implemented an automatic management system that suspends and reactivates services according to payment status. When a service has pending payments, it will be automatically suspended until payment is settled. Once payment is made through PayPal or Stripe, the service is immediately reactivated automatically, available 24 hours a day, without manual intervention or waiting for office hours.

Regional Availability

These improvements are available for debit/credit card payments and PayPal payments. For Argentina, Mercado Pago remains available as a manual method, and bank transfers for Mexico and Colombia remain unchanged. If payments are made by bank transfer or Mercado Pago, please note that there may be a delay when activating or reactivating a service since these payments are processed manually and must be verified before entering the system.
